Right at the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and walking distance to the beach and harbor. There are great nightlife and main attractions on the doorstep. The location is also a great base for bike rides and excursions. The apartment is equipped with all everyday necessities. An elevator stops on the mezzanine floor, so only a few steps lead directly to the front door.

Located on the 6th floor, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the idyllic Geeste (right in front of the house) and the Weser. The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa in the park surrounded by large old trees. A unique oasis to unwind, for children to play, to work or to paint in the studio next door. A painting class can also be attended upon request. Bremen, Worpswede, the Teufelsmoor, the Hamme and the Ohlenstädter Quellseen are within easy reach from here. Shopping facilities can be reached in about 2 minutes. Free parking is available on the property.

There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.
