Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

My small apartment (35 square meters) in the center of Bremerhaven invites you to relax. The well-designed balcony overlooking the Geeste is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun and ending the day in the evening. The city's sights and shopping are within walking distance. You can walk to the Weser beach as well as to the pub scene. For 2 adults, the apartment is perfect. A sofa bed offers flexibility. Parking is available around the house.

The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the centre of the approximately 50 sqm apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Bed linen/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. However, you are also welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per pet.

The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gates, wagon for 2 infants available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This contribution is NOT included in our prices but must be collected by us through Airbnb and remitted to the municipality.
