Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

This bespoke timber frame building was specifically designed for the holiday market.  Imagine a sumptuous high-end hotel suite glazed on two sides.  Then include a well-equipped fitted kitchen, add on an attached covered deck with semi sunken Hot Tub.  Place inside a private garden with tended lawn, climbing roses and wildflower area.  Throw in a handmade slate alfresco dining set and brick built charcoal grill.   Then raise it up to maximise the 180 degrees of uninterrupted country side views.

Trout Rise is one of a small number of lodges nestling in a quiet valley on the river Teign within Dartmoor.Surrounded by woodlands, wild flowers & deer. Fingle Farm

A delightful one bedroom chalet near to the picturesque village of Drewsteignton. The chalet is located within a small holding with the family home close by. The property is within close proximity to the A30 and within 16 miles of Exeter Airport. The self contained chalet comprises a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Wi-Fi. We do have a number of animals on the small holding, which are kept in a separate area. The chalet is popluar with walkers on the Two Moors Way close by.

Surrounded by 100 acres of nature reserve, home to many rare species, a walkers/nature lovers paradise with many birds, butterflies and dragonflies. There are some excellent pubs nearby, Exeter is only 20 minutes, 10 miles to the coast and close to Dartmoor, Ashburton and Newton Abbot. The heating is a woodburner. Very cosy.

There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

A fast road network only 10 mins away gives an easy journey and access to the beaches in South Devon, North Cornwall and the south west of England.

The rustic bits: In the winter the cabin is heated by the woodburner, or a portable gas fire, there is no WiFi in the cabin and mobile reception very much depends on your network! And all the hot water runs on electricity.
