A cottage for two adults and two children, ideal place for a Devon break in the beautiful South Hams with an indoor heated swimming pool and an outside hot tub. Just 3 miles from the South coast and Burgh Island beach. The perfect place to use as a walking base, enjoy the beach or just explore South Devon. A single dog is welcome. The cottage has a single double bed, and a second bedroom with twin beds, kitchen diner and lounge with wood burner set in 2.9 acres of garden.

Wonderful location only a short stroll through the park, past the boating lake, to the beach. Use of shared pool(heated end of May to Sep), reserved parking and a small terrace with views over the boating lake. 2 comfortable bedrooms and a lovely comfortable lounge with Wi-fi and access to a firestick so you can relax in the evening with you favourite film. NB. There are stairs up to the property and there is a split level (2 steps) within the property
