Monthly Rentals in Boulder

Had a wonderful stay at Susan's she was so friendly and proactive in ensuring my partner and I had everything we needed. She also made it clear we could reach out whenever we wanted to ask for recommendations or for anything else. The space itself was lovely, with great interior design and was very very clean. It was also always a very comfortable temperature despite the huge range in weather over my two month stay. The location was fantastic with beautiful view of Rocky mountains and foothills, within less than 5 minutes walk to Broadway and all travel connections. I would completely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would personally love to go back to Boulder.

The Pearl Street condo is a gem! We stayed a month and the condo has all the amenities for an "at-home" feeling. The sunshine streaming into the bedroom windows, the cozy fireplace on snowy evenings, the fully stocked kitchen, and the cleanliness in all spaces made our stay welcoming and enjoyable. The short walk to Pearl street and the Red Rocks trailhead are unbeatable!

I can't say enough good things about this spot. I was here for a month alone and it was ideal. The building is in a great location, a few blocks from a Whole Foods, Target and Trader Joe's, and just far enough for the touristy parts to feel local, yet a quick hop away if you want to head in. I loved the city Ebikes that were easy to grab only a block away. Melissa has gone out of her way to make sure the apartment is stocked. Very comfortable bed and quality linens. Communication was tops and everyone in the building seems to be quiet and very much a community. Can't recommend this place enough and have already booked it again!

Excellent location within walking distance of picturesque nature trails and a healthy grocery store. Very comfortable living space that is super clean and has everything you need for an extended stay. Erik and Toby are kind and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!
