No extra charges for this bedroom with a private deck nestled by the mountains next door to Eben Fine Park and Boulder Creek. Trails in 3 directions, a few steps from my door. Walk to Pearl Street Mall, CU and Chautauqua.
“For a cheap daily fee we were well accommodated and we'll situated a shirt walk from multiple hiking trails, a museum, and a nice local hub in Boulder. You can also rent a car for a day and drive up to a national park about an hour away, just the scenary during the drive is beautiful to behold. Stewart was easy to contact, easy to converse with, and has an expansive book collection. If you're interested, I'm sure he'd love to engage and converse with guests.”
Hidden in the heart of Boulder, this large studio in back--part of larger condo-- has it's own separate entrance facing a frequently used alley--well-lit and frequented by locals. Close to CU, Naropa, Pearl Street and airport bus. Dedicated wifi perfect for working remotely.
Current Covid-19 precautions I'm taking: minimum of 3-4 days between guests, all surfaces wiped down with bleach solution. As is my usual, all linens changed out between guests. This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows. Queen bed. Two sitting areas with great views. Wood and tile floors throughout. Very quiet!
“Everything about this place is worth whatever you spend on staying there. Isolated but not too far from civilization. Beautiful views. The place was immaculate; if you’re looking to recharge or to get away, THIS is the place. Strong WiFi, as it worked in the noted outdoor seating area. Plenty of hot water for showers & there was even a selection of snacks/coffee & teas. Books to read if you’re bored but there’s also a smart TV. I suggest if you visit to ask Marc about any hiking / trails in the area. His tips were PERFECT. 100000% would stay here again.”
