There’s also access to a heated outdoor swimming pool, an indoor sauna, and a fitness center. - We have a property manager to assist with smooth check ins/outs and answer questions during your stay; - Absolutely no smoking/vaping; no consumption of marijuana; no usage of illicit substances; no pets. Any evidence of the aforementioned items will result in a held security deposit; -Please remove shoes/boots at the door; -Please treat the condo with respect so that future guests may enjoy their stay.

Lakeside Livin' -Absolute Drop Dead Views NO PETS

You just walk in on the ground level, drawn towards the full glass and the lawn, the lake and the 12,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. The Dillon Amphitheatre (2 min. walk), marina, playground and bikepath are here. Just fully remodeled as of December 2023 it's absolutely stunning...turn around and check out the wonderfully designed and appointed unit...notice the open floor plan, did I mention the view? The booking guest must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD. NO PETS AND/OR SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

Secluded, well-appointed cabin right on Tarryall Creek, with wifi, more than 5 acres of solitude, and 360-degree mountain views. This is our dream place to escape, unwind, and listen to the creek. It's remote and quiet, but accessible year-round: 2 hours from DIA, 1.5 hours from downtown Denver, and 50-mins from Breckenridge. Large kitchen (w/ fridge and antique stove), barnwood accents, huge 400sf deck, and historic decor from Como's gold rush. Dogs welcome, too.
