A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

A 15-20 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the "G line" light rail that takes you to Union Station in Denver. The heart of Olde Town Arvada is amazing and is a pedestrian only walking mall!

Doug & Zuzu's place was so nice and they were so flexible. They allowed us an earlier check-in and were there to greet us and say hello and let us know if we needed anything to let them know. The place is perfect for a couple and very peaceful and relaxing. The view of the lake and mountains is so relaxing and we enjoyed the chairs by the lake.
