Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Arvada

This place was just perfect for our girl’s trip! Perfect location! Great restaurants nearby, baseball field, Union Station. ❤️ Loved that it was on the 13th floor and had a balcony. Nice kitchen and amenities. Great space! The hosts made everything uber easy… from check-in to checkout. Very quick responses and everything was laid out for you. Would definitely stay here again! Angie and Jeff’s place was absolutely perfect! They were incredibly attentive and accommodating, especially with our last minute stay request. The apartment was unbelievably clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building was safe and secure, and it offered fantastic amenities, including a pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and convenient parking. We also loved the location — just steps from restaurants and a grocery store, making it easy to explore the best of downtown Denver on foot. We highly recommend their place and will definitely be staying here again!

Such a great location to take advantage of all the downtown venues, the train is so accessible, and parking is easy so you can easily get out to the mountains/outdoor recreation. The amenities at the apartment complex are fun too!

We wish we could have stayed longer! the apt was great, the building with all its amenities was beyond expectations! we were just in town for a show at Red rocks, which was surprisingly easy enough to get to from this downtown location. wished we could have enjoyed all the property had to offer! such a cool building & everyone we conversed with was very pleasant. the apt had very cool, thoughtful touches from LED lighting to a great full length mirror to check your fit before stepping out downtown. I would definitely stay again & again when back in Denver!

We just stayed in Matthew's home for a week. It was amazing! The kitchen is perfectly stocked. Most places we stay at never have enough dishes but this place is perfectly stocked. You can easily tell every inch of the house has been thought through. We would absolutely come back here! From grandma to older children, everyone loved the house and all it had to offer! Thank you to the hosts for your quick responses and kindness.

Great place for a multi-family group. Downstairs has a small kitchen and it's own door to the backyard. Only bummer is heat rises so the downstairs was cold and the upstairs was warm but I understand that is typical of homes with basements. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and backyard space. Would recommend.

we enjoyed our time here. we paid late for earlier check in and didn't really get to check in early due to getting back to us but it all worked out. the lay out of this home is great for groups. there is plenty of room to spread out. we didn't use the outside space but it looked inviting. the pool table is definitely for kids. if you really play you will want to check out the pool hall near by. restaurants are within driving distance. we would definitely stay here again.

Our party of 13 gathered for a bachelorette weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! We selected the property based on the size, lovely backyard, and high-capacity seating options. This property was everything we hoped for and more. Some of the common challenges of large-party rentals were no problem here. We had plenty of towels (bath AND designated outside towels), enough bathrooms, more than enough dishware, and plenty of options for room configurations. Being able to all sit together at the sunroom table, living room, and downstairs rec room was also a huge plus! This house is perfect for any group of friends/family looking to spend time together. I cannot recommend this property enough!

This was a great short vacation home. My family all fit we had our own rooms and beds. The kids liked playing pool and corn hole. We didn’t have time for the hot tub. The beds were very clean and comfortable!!

This house is amazing! What a treat it was to stay here for our wedding weekend! From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. We where greeted with a very thoughtful card welcoming us and congratulating us on our wedding along with a bottle of champagne. The hot tub was all warmed up and ready to use. The property was spotless and in pristine condition as well. The level of cleanliness was truly top notch. Dougs response time to questions or general messages was almost immediate as well! I could not have asked for a better stay with all of these things combined with a perfect view and peaceful tranquility breathing the fresh mountain air every morning. This is the most well-run Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Communication was great, everything was as promised, and the place was immaculately clean. The house was very fairly priced and it was the perfect setup for our family. Having so many separate private sleeping and bathroom areas was much appreciated. The area is quite safe and is surrounded by nice restaurants, a movie theater, etc I highly recommend this home!
