This charming 1915 Victorian house is located on a quiet street with walking distance to Pearl Street. Renovated interior: original floors, claw footed tub, and an eclectic mix of furniture. A view of the mountains can be seen from the front porch and the upstairs deck. Upstairs has one bedroom, bathroom, and loft area with 2 twin XL beds. The 2nd bedroom is actually a loft (no door), there is no option on this platform for a loft space with beds. Backyard has a patio, waterfall, and pergola.

Open May 1 2019 . The Little Red Tree house accommodates two guests only. It has huge views, private shower, with separate powder room sink and toilet. It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !

On 3+ acres in the Roosevelt National Forest between pines, aspens, rock outcroppings, and plentiful wildlife. 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) plus loft with full futon sleeps 4 comfortably. 5 minutes to Wild Basin entrance RMNP, 8 minutes to Allenspark, which has restaurants, gallery, gift shop,yoga center, post office. Perfect getaway in the mountains with easy access to mountain trails, fishing, Estes Park, and RMNP.
