Great home in an unbelievable neighborhood. It is on a quiet street and just a few blocks to Pearl Street. Susan’s kitchen is extremely well appointed with great cookware, knives, utensils, etc.; everything you need to fix a great meal. We felt right at home the minute we arrived and Susan is a great host.

We really enjoyed our family time in this unique home located in a serene setting. We really enjoyed the Japanese theme and the live tree in the center of the home. We felt cozy there and spent much time hanging out on the main level and cooking in the kitchen. The house was very clean. The only downside I would say about the home specifically is that during our stay some of the special "features" were not working such as the fireplace on the lower level and the waterfall. But overall, the stay was perfect for what we were seeking and we appreciated the open communication and responsiveness we had with Zhanna and Adam.

We loved staying at this beautiful cabin in the mountains. You can’t beat the views and we were so comfortable here. If we’re in Boulder again, we’re definitely staying here!

Jonathan's place was quiet, clean and exactly as described. he even had fresh flowers on the table to welcome us in at check in. he was very responsive to messages, extremely kind, thoughtful and accommodating. We had a great stay—beautiful place and peaceful surroundings. The highlight was seeing a bear roam through the area (from a safe distance!). Definitely a memorable experience!

Loved everything about the stay. It's in a GREAT part of South Boulder with groceries and restaurants right near by. Views of the mountains. An amazing running trail starts just a few blocks away. Kids really enjoyed all of the toys/games/etc. And close to everything in the area. Would definitely come again!

We would absolutely stay at Pricilla's beautiful home again! It was very comfortable and relaxing. Light and bright, close to everything Boulder has to offer both walkable or a 5-10 minute drive. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to go again.

This was a lovely home, everything was exactly as described, if not better than expected. Very quiet neighborhood. We were there for move-in week at CU Boulder, and this was a perfect solution to needing space for multiple family members. We were able to get to campus, Pearl Street Mall, nature and great restaurants / shopping very quickly. This home is perfectly located. Joaquin was responsive, helpful with dining recommendations, and gave very clear directions. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah’s property during a multi-day visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was an absolute oasis after long days of hiking! Hannah was super proactive about check-in assistance, orientation with the amenities, and follow-up to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very cozy, super clean, and provided everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. My favorite part was the record player and extensive collection of old records in the living room :) I spent some time sitting on the back porch, and even used the desk nook in the laundry room for some computer work. This place would make for an amazing remote work stay, especially with the detached office out-building in the tranquil back yard. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking to explore the Estes Park/Boulder area!! Top-notch hosting :)

Jennifer’s place was a terrific place to stay. The neighborhood was amazingly quiet (even from traffic noise). It was very well-stocked in terms of “everyday” items you would use to cook and a great assortment of dish ware and pots and pans. Lots of fluffy towels and a great assortment of toiletries. The king sized bed was soooooo comfortable and the linens so very soft. Centrally located with restaurants and CU-Boulder all!within easy-to-drive distances. We would definitely consider staying here again! Thanks so very much.

A stunning location! Found a wonderful place for coffee 3 mins away (Cafe Fritz). We usually stay in Boulder to be close to our son who is a student there, but with all of Boulder sold out due to graduation, this offered a beautiful new place to explore. Easy drive to Boulder, Lyons and St. Vrain Canyon.

From even before we arrived Michael was responsive and helpful, which made us feel so very welcome and at home as soon as we arrived. Any problem we had, no matter how small, was responded to immediately and with a perfect solution. The home itself was comfortable with plenty of towels, hangers and places to sit! The kitchen was well equipped and easy to prepare meals in. The location was a new one for us and there was a pleasant trail and easy walk (~20 minutes) to many interesting coffee places. We appreciate Michael for making our stay so comfortable, homey and easy

Lids did a great job with this cozy apartment. She has coffee and snacks upon arrival and everything was clean and well put together. Great spot for our family of 4!

Andrew was the best communicator and most welcoming host we’ve ever had. He wrote to us right away, sent very detailed instructions with photos, and even made sure to welcome us personally and show us all around, answering questions and making us feel very welcome.

I am at a loss of words to describe what a beautiful time I had at this home. Surrounded by nature and wildlife, the pictures don’t even do it justice to the feeling you get when you are there. This place will forever hold a special place in my heart and hope to return soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with me!

My dog, Cliff, and I had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s lovely home! It was a perfect space for us - the location was great to get to campus, the hill, and we took some great walks in the neighborhood and local trails. The unit was super cozy, convenient, and exactly as advertised. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a lovely stay in my favorite city :)

Overall a great little place for a getaway to the Rockies. Super clean and homey and easy to get to hikes!

Grant texted me well in advance of check in, and his instructions were clear and easy to follow. The basement apartment actually looks and feels better than the pictures. It's very comfortable and clean, and the decorations are warm and friendly. The AC works well, which was important because Boulder was experiencing a heat wave. The house is in a great family-friendly neighborhood very close to a huge park. All in all, we were delighted with the accommodations and would definitely reserve the apartment again the next time we are in Boulder.

This was a beautiful apartment to stay in. A welcoming, calm space that felt like a home (not a sterile staged AirBnb) with thoughtful touches throughout. It was clean and comfortable, and Kendal was kind enough to leave some snacks. It’s a basement apartment (which I knew going in) so there isn’t a ton of natural light, but the apartment is right next to a park and trails. The bed in the bedroom is squeaky, but the linens and comforter were very cozy. Kendal was a great host and very responsive and kind! Highly recommend her place for anyone looking to stay in North Boulder.
