We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are close to the action but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

Unwind by the fountain on the patio, also great for dining. Enter the suite through a private rear door to discover modern amenities, including a heated bathroom floor. This contemporarily designed and furnished suite (4 rooms) is filled with daylight and has its own dedicated internet service. Our home, located at the foot of the flatirons, is close to historic Chautauqua Park and multiple hiking & bike trails, the University of Colorado, and downtown.

Private Guest Suite & Entrance in Old Town

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

Cute hideaway in central boulder! Clean & cozy studio room with private bathroom, amenities and outdoor area. Architecturally connected to primary home with kind family. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.

North Boulder Ranch House Guest Suite

Located in Boulder our Airbnb offers views of the Flatirons and Bear Peak along with a quiet location and spacious back yard. The space has a private entrance, two bedrooms with one with a queen-size bed, and one full sized bed.
