Apartment holiday rentals in Boulder

My fiancé and I stayed here with our two doodles. This place was fantastic and just what was described. The hottub was such an added bonus after long hikes. It’s super close to town and even trailheads. We enjoyed our stay so much we can’t wait to go back.

Christine bent over backwards to help me with changing my dates and made the visit very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara & Svein’s beautiful home! We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs, and this experience is one of our favorites. The space was quiet, comfortable, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to Pearl Street and easily get around town. The hosts thought of everything a guest may need which made the experience easy and enjoyable. We also appreciated the hosts being so responsive and informative before and during our trip. From check-in to check-out, everything was clear and easy. They even kept us in the loop about events going on around town in case we wanted to attend or to be aware of any traffic concerns. We would love an opportunity to stay here again soon.

I had a wonderful time staying here—the space was clean and comfortable and Cynthia filled it with so many thoughtful amenities, from snacks to extra toiletries that made me feel right at home. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

This was easily the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in! We loved sitting on the porch taking in the beautiful mountains. We didn’t want to leave! Jill is a wonderful host and so kind! Loved how much attention to detail she puts into her space. Can’t recommend enough!

My dog, Cliff, and I had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s lovely home! It was a perfect space for us - the location was great to get to campus, the hill, and we took some great walks in the neighborhood and local trails. The unit was super cozy, convenient, and exactly as advertised. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a lovely stay in my favorite city :)

This was a beautiful apartment to stay in. A welcoming, calm space that felt like a home (not a sterile staged AirBnb) with thoughtful touches throughout. It was clean and comfortable, and Kendal was kind enough to leave some snacks. It’s a basement apartment (which I knew going in) so there isn’t a ton of natural light, but the apartment is right next to a park and trails. The bed in the bedroom is squeaky, but the linens and comforter were very cozy. Kendal was a great host and very responsive and kind! Highly recommend her place for anyone looking to stay in North Boulder.

We stayed for about a week. Great location. Right in the middle of the way between the pearl street activity and the shopping malls. All on foot. has its own parking. Recommended with no hesitation. We had a great time.

So happy with the condo and the location. Walkable to amazing restaurants, breweries, kid- friendly park, and a great river trail!

This was an exceptionally clean, cute, & convenient place to stay! The apartment looked & smelt brand new and had everything I might need. I loved the artsy/personal touches & how private it was, despite being part of the owners’ property. A big thank you to the hosts for having such a comfortable & affordable zen zone available for my visit to Colorado!

Toby is a 'shirt off his back' host, who made sure we were settled, and then took all else in stride. Would definitely stay again.

The home was in a beautiful area and just what I needed for the stay. Also Joan is awesome even asking what kind of coffee I like.

Julie’s cottage was a charming place to call home for two nights while I was in town for a college graduation. It’s an eclectic, fun and comfortable place with everything you’d need. I loved having an electric kettle for a cup of tea and while I didn’t take advantage of the offerings (because I brought my own), I appreciated having an assortment of teas and coffee to choose from. I wish I had more free time to explore and walk around the lovely neighborhood. I took ride share a couple of times for dinner on Pearl Street, and that was only about 1.5 miles away and less than a 10 minute ride. Thank you, Julie, for sharing your home, and for your detailed instructions about parking!

I had family stay at Lisa’s place over the holidays, and it worked so well. The location is excellent and only a mile from my own home. They were thrilled with their stay, and it gave us all some personal space. They were especially impressed with all the nice amenities, the quality of the bed (not too soft, not too hard), and the generous space for a couple. I will definitely have visitors stay at Lisa’s again.

Michelle was an amazing host. We had a tiny issue getting into the condo but she was available immediately to fix the issue via a phone call and sent a sweet check in the next day to make sure we didn’t need anything. She prepared a welcome basket and checked for any allergies beforehand. The location was also perfect. Highly recommend Michelle’s place!

Location in the Prospect community was quiet with many pretty homes and several parks. Large trees lined the streets. A coffee shop and several restaurants were within walking distance. The unit was clean, had a home feel to it with comfortable sofa, large chair and good bed. The unit is on top of a two car garage which is separate from the house. The hostess introduced herself when we arrived and said to contact her if we needed anything. There is one parking space in front of an alley garage as well as public parking out on the street. Stairs to the unit are rather long and steep and might not be suitable for an older couple, especially if they had mobility issues. We are not sure if there was an outside patio area that is available to guests. Our adult son stayed in the unit and slept on the sofa with a small mattress topper. He said it was comfortable. The unit had air conditioning. We were all happy to stay at this place and hope to stay again.

We came in for a family wedding. Crystal's place was great! Great decor and a great outdoor patio! She made check in and check out easy, with clear instructions. I highly recommend staying at her place for any trip to Denver!

WOW! Can’t recommend this lovely place strongly enough. It was PERFECT for two couples with children, and also would be perfect as a family!

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, new, well appointed and well stocked. Stefan and Bethany were super helpful, quick to respond and accommodating They had a wonderful book of suggestions for everything. The location was perfect for show at Red Rocks, hiking, Coors tour, and is walking distance to downtown Golden for shops and restaurants. Grocery store walking distance as well. Was a wonderful stay, would love to stay again!

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!
