Our restored, half-timbered house in the village centre of Christinenfeld is only four kilometres away from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Up to 4 people can feel at home in the comfortably furnished 2-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor. The first living level offers an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a guest room with two single beds, a wardrobe and TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet with a washing machine. The second floor offers you a large open space with a comfortable living area with a TV on the left half of the room and a cozy sleeping area on the right half of the room. Wifi is available.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.

Two adjacent nice little holiday homes, each with about 20 m² of living space on the grounds of the hotel complex "Tarnewitzer Hof".
