Herzlich willkommen in unserem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhaus direkt in 1. Reihe am Großen Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See schwimmen oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends genießt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See in eurem nicht einsehbaren 400qm-Garten auf der Sonnenliege oder am Grill. Zu den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) sind es nur ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder ca. 12 Min. mit dem Rad.

The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

The vacation home is a new building to feel good. The surroundings and neighborhood are quietly located. Car parking spaces are available free of charge on the premises in front of the houses. The adjoining meadow invites you to linger, play and sunbathe.

In the garden under the apple trees you can relax or sit comfortably together, barbecue available! A sandbox or ping pong table is available for the kids. In summer, a canoe trip on the nearby Ratzeburger See or a shopping trip to Lübeck is recommended! Wedding celebrations are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.

Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.
