Eine gemütliche kleine sehr saubere Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen mit allen Extras zu einem fairen Preis erwartet Sie bei uns. Entspannen Sie während Ihres Urlaubs in ruhiger Lage, unweit des Waldes und feinen Sandstrandes des Seeheilbads. Der Strand ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Our restored, half-timbered house in the village centre of Christinenfeld is only four kilometres away from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

Die erste Wohnebene bietet eine offene Küche mit Essbereich, ein Gästezimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Kleiderschrank und TV sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und WC mit Waschmaschine. Die zweite Wohnebene bietet Ihnen einen großen offenen Raum mit einem bequemen Wohnbereich mit TV auf der linken Raumhälfte sowie einen gemütlichen Schlafbereich auf der rechten Raumhälfte. WLAN steht zur Verfügung.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Haus Ahlma - M1

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
