Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. The Harbour is a former 4* Boutique hotel located in the Harbour of Leiden. The rooms are all fully renovated and each floor has a kitchenette which can be shared with one other room. The B&B is located at the Harbour of Leiden where many nice restaurants are located. On walking distance many other nice restaurants, bars and take aways. The main shopping street of 1km is on 50m. Park&Bike: We offer free parking 5-10min driving from The Harbour and offer bikes for rent for €10,- per day.

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
