We loved staying in Bart’s house. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and pretty and the transport links are excellent. We easily took trains to Amsterdam, Haarlem and The Hague. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The children loved all the playgrounds nearby too. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Villa Duindoorn was perfect. It all started with the nicest welcome note and Robert’s kind offer to pick us up at the train station. From our very first impression, we loved everything about the house: the pictures and paintings everywhere, the handpicked designer furniture, the flowers, the books and the blooming garden. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped: a fridge that makes ice cubes, an espresso machine, a big gas stove, sharp knives and all the basics we needed - including fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden! Once you enter the 1st floor, you find yourself in Pipi longstocking‘s Villa with the cosiest wallpaper, cloud-like beds, and loads of fresh towels! Robert and Karin showed us their property and invited us to use everything- from the swimming pool to the hammock and all the benches, seatings and little sun islands they have created. We had a wonderful time in this spacious and cozy villa in Utrecht. The apartment exudes a feel-good atmosphere and is perfectly equipped. Utrecht has a lot to offer, and from the property, a lot is within walking distance, easily accessible by bike or car. The location is very quiet, but still close to everything you need. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

Frank is an outstanding host. He provided fantastic and detailed information upfront. The check-in was smooth, and we were provided with local snacks, and Frank set us up with breakfast for our first morning in Amsterdam. This made it very comfortable after a long trip. Whenever we had a question, Frank replied within minutes. We all had a great and relaxing stay. Our kids often asked us if we could stay inside the house rather than going on day trips. That's how much they enjoyed the place and the cute little garden where they could play with water (you have to watch out for tiny kids that can't swim though). In short, it was fun, and we had a good time.

Wonderful home - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We were able to easily explore the beach, the city and the surrounding areas. Rogier was gracious and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

We had a really nice time at Floor's house. She is very friendly, responds immediately and gives good tips for the area. The house is exactly as in the pictures, neatly tidy and tidy. The area is also very quiet and a 15-minute walk to the center of Haarlem. In short, highly recommended!

The house was above our expectations. Provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for our group of 9. We’d definitely return in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

We had such a lovely stay at the Smithy in Haarlem! I visited with my Mum and two sisters, and it was the perfect place for us. It is in such an idyllic setting by the canal (there were several ducks just pottering around when we arrived!) and the property is beautifully designed with so much care and attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend the Smithy to anyone and would more than happily stay there again!

We stayed here for 9 nights with three generations - parents, grandparents and two children (1.5 and 5). The house house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners even kindly provided a cot and highchair. Our 5 year old daughter loved her room, which was decorated as a lovely girl's bedroom. The contained and shaded garden was great for the children to play in in the summer heat, especially the inbuilt trampoline. The layout of the house also meant that the 1.5 year old could stay in a separate wing and didn't wake everyone in the family up at 6 am. Just be mindful of the fairly steep stairs to the top floor (bedrooms 5 and 6). The location is great for visiting Efteling and it's a nice stroll into Vjijmen, which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short car ride away are nice towns like the fortified Heusden, and a fabulous bathing lake with a sandy beach and other facilities is within walking distance. Nice quiet and leafy neighbourhood with interesting houses. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and provided a useful welcome booklet (as well as some delicious local treats). We will look back fondly on our stay!

We loved our stay at the wonderful house of Bruno, Caroline and their kids. The house has a such a great design with attention for detail, high quality and at the same time it is a warm and welcoming family house. It really felt like home for our kids and us. Kids enjoyed the trampoline in the garden and the ice cream shop across the road. Beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect, close to the beach and some lovely lakes in the dunes where you can swim and which are well suited for kids. We were lucky with the sunny weather end of April. Josetta (co-host) took very good care of us: clear and timely instructions, proactive sharing of ideas. All in all we highly recommend Bruno & Caroline's house, as well as their hospitality and the overall experience.

Such beautiful home like a dream. The kids absolutely love it, the tree house, the toys and the outdoor play area. Communication was easy, and the house has so many personal touches that make you feel like home. We truly enjoyed our stay with the family.

Everything was exactly as expected. The house is more than well equiped, it has everything you can think of which you need for a relaxed holiday.

We had a wonderful time in this cottage and felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything was clean, cozy and well equipped. The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

We spent the Easter weekend here with 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was there No requests for the accommodation remained unfulfilled. For families with small children, it can be said that a playground or the like is not on the property, but this has nothing to do with the house or the hosts. The bike paths around the house are a dream. Thank you for this opportunity to spend such family time.

Great place! The cottage is located in an enclosed housing estate, there are plenty of green spaces in the area, you can walk a lot. The interior of the cottage has recently been refreshed, furniture different than in the photos, but it is definitely a positive change. Very comfortable layout. We were 7 adults and a child, every family/couple had their own room, and we could spend the evenings together in the spacious living room. I'd love to come back!

The accommodation is particularly Cozy , very nice to spend the evening there. If you like board games, nice round table in the living room to Play ... Quiet neighborhood. Accommodation close to the train station and restaurants. The city itself is very pretty . Finally, Marius gives all the useful information.
