During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. Cottage in Aalsmeer

The cottage has a cozy living room and open kitchen, where there is underfloor heating. A TV is provided, which can only be used with the Chromecast (is provided). Shower and toilet are provided. Upstairs, there is sleeping accommodation for 3 people. You can also sit on our cozy veranda; nice for breakfast, eating or reading a book. In the garden, there are several cozy corners to sit in. Are you coming by boat? No problem, next to the cottage there is the possibility to dock your boat.

Energy-neutral cozy vacation home

Wooden cottage, self-built in 2020. Mostly with recycled material. There are no less than 20 solar panels on the cottage! The beams and the ridge have remained nicely in sight, which gives a spatial effect. A stable window from the farm where Karin was born has been incorporated into the ridge. The old yellow clinkers from that farm form the terrace, along with the tiles from the basement. As a surprise, husband made a heart in the terrace for Karin! All in all a nice place to stay

It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.

We offer you a Studio on the Reeuwijkse lakes. Beautifully styled. It is a detached cottage, on a nursery, with a rural view of the lake. You can sail with the canoe and the rowboat. Furthermore, the cottage is a good place to make trips to Gouda and The Hague/Rotterdam, even Amsterdam can be reached within an hour.
