We have completely renovated this lovely typical Arcachon house. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs of its tree-lined terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that we reach in just a 3-minute walk. You can also walk to the market and the heart of the city. The house (90 m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and an independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV corner. Two bedrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is reached either by an internal staircase or by an external staircase. On the ground floor each of the rooms opens onto the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your arrival either someone will welcome you, or you can pick up the keys in the key safe. I will let you know the terms before you arrive. I stay in constant contact with my guests before and during their stay The house is a short walk from the heart of Arcachon and close to the beach, easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.

It is good to relax around the pool or in the garden in a quiet and friendly place. We have chosen to offer you a new studio all comfort and independent, with quality bedding. With a surface of 25m2 our studio is carefully furnished. It has its bathroom with walk-in shower and private toilet. Heated swimming pool at your disposal.

Villa Cazaux, between lake, basin and ocean

The villa is located in a quiet subdivision, at the entrance to Cazaux (municipality of La Teste de Buch). Cazaux is known for its lake (2nd largest freshwater lake in France), but also for its proximity to the Bassin d'Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat. The two-bedroom house, with an open-plan kitchen in the living and dining room, has a saltwater pool, summer kitchen, petanque court, and a shaded summer lounge at the back of the garden.

My accommodation, rated 2 stars by Gironde Tourism, is halfway between Acachon-Pilat and Cap Ferret. The bike path that surrounds the basin is 100 meters away. Shops are nearby and local markets are not lacking. The outbuilding has its garden, trees all in a quiet and peaceful area. It's a fisherman's hut, all wooden, reflecting the authenticity and spirit of the bay. The comfort is modern and perfect for spending pleasant moments.
