I present to you my little haven of tranquility with every comfort, located at the end of a cul-de-sac 500 m from the Océanes beaches, close to a bike path and shops, with reserved parking. On the ground floor, there is a living room open to a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda overlooking a small enclosed garden that is also fully equipped (table, sun lounger), all without being overlooked, as well as a bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms with the possibility of a folding crib.

Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin.
