In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

On the Biscar'Ose property in Biscarrosse Bourg, the "Cocon" is a charming little house of 40 m2, carefully decorated and rated 3 stars by the tourist office. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a queen-size bed, a lounge area, a desk, a bathroom with a double shower and a separate toilet. Wooden exterior layout, heated pool (May to September, heat pump 26°, water temperature according to weather conditions), outdoor kitchen, petanque court,… 5 bedrooms, (including a master suite) with double bed (140 cm) and storage, accommodating up to 10 guests. Open kitchen with all the necessary amenities (XXL American fridge, wine cellar, microwave, oven, Nespresso, etc.) 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.

Relax in this quiet space with a private entrance without overlooking neighbours and an outdoor parking space. You will have the option of having a private outdoor spa/jacuzzi heated to 37°C (€50 for unlimited use until the next morning). For your convenience, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. Two complimentary Tassimo coffee pods, as well as tea and herbal infusions, are provided. No cleaning fee, but we do ask that you leave the accommodation clean.
