Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Fraîchement rénovée, la maison possède tout le confort (piscine chauffée, jardin privé, domotique, climatisation, volets roulants, terrain de pétanque, espace télétravail avec écran, USB-C,…). Le ménage est également assuré avant/après chaque réservation. Cela comprend également les draps et linge de toilette (ainsi que torchons ect).

Elle est composé d'un salon séjour (télé, piano) cuisine ouverte aménagée, 4 chambres dont une suite parentale (lit 160,sdb privée, 2 chambres (lit 140) et une chambre avec téléviseur (2 lits 90), 3 salles d'eau, 4 wc, un cellier et une salle de jeux (billard, baby-foot). Appareils ménagers, et literie neufs.

Our typical tchanquée cabin house is a must for a vacation on the basin, the place is a cocooning paradise where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Eyre valley near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km basin and 25 from the ocean without opposite and without noise. There are surveillance cameras in the parking lot at the entrance of the house.

Bike path leading to the lakes and canal side 300 m away. Fully equipped and functional house. In July and August, booking is only from Saturday to Saturday.
