Great central location. 3 minute walk to Hastings town, train station, beach. 1 double bedroom with king size bed. Living room with double sofa bed. Fully equipped. No need to bring much with you at all. Shower room. Cooker & microwave. Washing machine & dryer. Fridge with freezer. A magical place with lots of gadgets, including large screen protector in the living room for watching tv and movies.

This quiet, light-filled, first-floor apartment is perfect for a short and extended stay in St Leonards-on-Sea. The high ceilings and large windows create a spacious feel and plenty of light even on a rainy day. Free parking is available. The flat is situated centrally, only a 2-minute walk from the St. Warrior Square train station, close to the beach and the town's best eateries, art galleries, and junk and antique shops. Hastings is near - all you need is within walking distance.

Bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, living room with smart tv and DVD player, sofa bed if you wish to use (notice needed for extra bedding) . Shower room down a step. Private entrance down iron staircase, self check in by lockbox. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Children only by supervision. Well behaved dogs allowed, please notify.
