Stylish apartment perfect for 2 couples seeking privacy & comfort. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. The property boasts an elegant lounge, spacious dining room, new luxury kitchen, additional bathroom, own entrance & exclusive use of back garden. Free unrestricted on street parking, although a car isn’t necessary at it is less than 1/2 mile from railway station, beach, shops & bars. The iconic De La Warr theatre is under a mile away. Unsuitable for children under 12 years old.

Bexhill old town is steeped in smuggling history and central to the Bexhill and Hastings smuggling gangs. Our house was also used during the Napoleonic war to house officers, their soldiers being billeted nearby. Situated opposite St Peter’s church, mentioned in the Doomsday book ! our cottage provides a beamed, cosy stay for all history lovers. It’s modern amenities allow you to enjoy our lovely seaside town, beautiful beaches and De La Warr pavilion which hosts gigs throughout the year

The flat is on the ground floor of an Edwardian building which is opposite the lawns to the side of the De La Warr Pavilion and the beach. It is close to cafes, restaurants, shops, buses and just a 10 minute walk from the train station. There are five steps up from the pavement to the main front door. The lounge has large windows with a direct view across to the promenade and beach.
