Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Spacious apartment in the listed manor house of a former estate. The half-timbered construction offers a pleasant indoor climate and for a cozy atmosphere in winter there is a fireplace. Two sleeping places are located in the 1.6 x 2 m double bed in the bedroom. Up to two more people can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room (1.45 x 1.95 m) In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket and a bus stop with good connections to Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne.

Its history dates back to 1844. In 2010, the forest house on the Wupper was lovingly renovated according to modern and at the same time ecological standards. The house is connected to 2 terraces and a large garden. Here you can relax...

From this accommodation you can quickly reach all the important places. 100m to the bus stop. 150m to the Bensberg Technology Park 5 minutes walk to the nearest small shopping centre (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, snack bar, bank) 2.3 km to the tram line 1 to Cologne 800m to the A4 motorway slip road.
