Due to the direct park location and the location of the apartment in the courtyard, it is absolutely quiet here. A free, reserved parking space is available directly in front of the private, separate house entrance. The apartment is spacious, has extra-high ceilings and is modernly furnished. The neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. - all within easy reach.
