We rent our cozy apartment in our house consisting of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is a kiosk, italian Imbiss and a bakery in the immediate vicinity, shops/Restaurants are a 10-minute walk away. The tram is about a 15-minute walk away. Travel time to the Cologne trade fair is 15 minutes, Cologne City 20 minutes. A bus stop is right in front of the door. There is plenty of forest for walks in the immediate vicinity. An ice rink and the Mediterana are also in the area.

The property is located in the center of Bergisch Gladbach and is still relatively quiet. A few minutes' walk away there are various supermarkets. The S-Bahn is about 15 minutes' walk through the city center. There is also a bus stop outside the door to the train station. An underground garage with a reserved parking space is available. There is also plenty of free parking on the street. The large terrace invites you to linger and offers a high level of privacy thanks to privacy screens.
