You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. It's a great place to relax with family or friends. The cottage is very quiet and is still close to the center. The Baltic Sea is a mere 15 minutes away by car or a wonderful bike path. Barth is ideal as a starting point for excursions to the beautiful Darß, to Stralsund, to the island of Rügen, to Rostock, etc. After an eventful day, rest in and at the cottage wait and a cozy evening by the barbecue or fireplace.
