Really nice, little house. Everything was fine, nothing to complain about. Perfect for a family of four.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

We spent some very nice days in this wonderful cottage. Everything is really available for families with small children. Overall, the house is very well equipped and lovingly designed. We highly recommend it.

Without much preparation, we were lucky enough to discover this wonderful place on an extended weekend. The beautiful nature between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, the architecture of the thatched-roof houses and the artists' colony impressed us. We felt very comfortable in the lovingly designed little thatched cottage. Since we also rent out on Airbnb ourselves, we also greatly appreciate the efforts to achieve sustainability, which are by no means self-evident. Thank you for the hospitality.

We were a family of six in the accommodation and felt completely comfortable from the beginning. The location is quiet, surrounded by a lot of nature – ideal for switching off. The house is very nicely designed, thoughtfully furnished and very practical for families. The sauna is particularly noteworthy, which was a real highlight for us. Many excursion destinations in the area can be easily reached by car from here. The small village shop nearby is also practical, where you can get fresh rolls, among other things. Absolutely recommended!!!

We were completely satisfied & would come back anytime. We were at Frank's place with our baby & my parents. The communication in advance (cot, high chair, parking spaces) went smoothly. Shortly before arrival, we will contact Frank by phone. He welcomed us and showed us the essentials. There were flyers for activities in the area in the accommodation. From here, everything was great to reach by car. Particularly positive was the large clean kitchen equipped with all things, which left nothing to be desired. Frank was always available & helped if there were any questions. The highlight was the 26 (if I counted correctly) bunnies that we fed every day. On two days, we came "home" from our excursions and Frank had put 3 cucumbers for us. Another day, we found two salads. Frank is very friendly, not intrusive and always helpful. We can only recommend the accommodation :) thank you

We had a very nice time in the house. It is very conveniently located, the pedestrian zone of Zingst, restaurants, bakeries, beach + pier are within walking distance. Everything in the house is as described, clean + cozy, we felt welcome. Communication with Dirk was excellent.

This modern, light-flooded house impresses with its wonderful location just behind the dyke on the Baltic Sea beach. It offers magnificent visual references to the lovingly designed property – pure nature and absolute tranquility included. The thoughtful floor plan convinces as well as the high-quality wooden floor, the modern shower room and the various seating areas. Two wooden terraces to the east and west invite you to relax in the sun or in the shade – depending on the time of day and personal preference. We will be happy to come back.

A fully equipped attic apartment awaits. There are two bedrooms as well as a beautiful roof terrace from which you can admire both the sunrise and sunset. The house is quietly located and invites you to switch off. The beach on the Bodden is within walking distance and the Baltic Sea is quickly accessible by bike or car. The host was friendly and always responded quickly to concerns. I can definitely recommend it.

The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations! Cosy and modern furnishings, the apartment was clean and discreetly decorated with a lot of love. We are a small family of 6 people in the apartment and there was more than enough space. Robert was very accommodating and provided both baby cots and a high chair. The open-plan kitchen also invites you to cook with modern appliances and thus to enjoy beautiful dinners together. We had a relaxing night in the beautiful apartment, thank you and definitely recommend the apartment. If we are in Rostock again or in Warnemünde over the weekend, it will definitely be our choice for accommodation again. We wish you all the best and thank you again!

we were very much looking forward to the apartment. the apartment has been carefully brought from its long construction history into the present time and makes a special space visible in its simple way with selected furniture and is at the same time furnished with everything that is important, which we liked very much.

We had a lovely holiday. The apartment is very clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Freezer, small oven, toaster, etc. In addition, the apartment has a beautiful balcony with plenty of space, where you can enjoy the sun, with a view of the garden. Everything is straightforward, Olaf and his wife are very friendly. We highly recommend the apartment!!!

Very nice tastefully furnished apartment with attention to detail. We even had fresh flowers from the area. Everything was wonderful. Kerstin and co were great to reach and we lacked nothing. In addition, the village is a very special place. If you want to recharge and relax - perfect! And so beautifully green. ❤️

Really nice apartment on the edge of Prerow. The room was well equipped, especially the steam shower and the electric fireplace contributed to the luxurious feeling.

Nothing to discuss: it's a great place for a vacation. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Four cars can easily fit in the parking lot. Very close to the beach and downtown Sellin. In the immediate vicinity, restaurants and pubs. This house has no downsides and the upstairs deck is just insane and perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is big enough to retreat but at the same time has enough space in the kitchen and living room to be together in a larger group. Very tastefully decorated, walking distance to the beach.

The house invites you to feel good, we had a real “home” feeling. Happily again! Beautiful bedrooms, large windows, great bathroom, large garden, clean, modern, well-equipped kitchen. In fact, I only missed a knife block, otherwise great & as described. The reception was very friendly. The gardens are open, which is especially nice when families with children are present. The kids were able to play wonderfully together. By bike, fantastic places are easy to reach, beaches and attractions nearby. ...and so much more... Very nice, upscale accommodation with a lot of attention to detail. Lots of space and luxury. Beach nearby! House in the beautiful forest with absolute peace. No crawling animals in the house (despite the forest). It was a great experience and we thank you for the beautiful weekend. Very impressive that everything fits so well in the house. From the dishes to the furnishings, everything was lovingly designed. The beds and the showers were the best.. thank you and all the best... hopefully until next time. Daniela

A real gem of a place. Well appointed and very relaxing.

There were five of us in the family and everyone got their money's worth. Everything was super clean and smelled like freshly washed laundry in the bedrooms... the bathroom with the sauna was my favorite place... really awesome. Great kitchen where you had fun cooking together. Approximately 15 minutes to the beach but very close to the Batur to the lake. Huer could go jogging or with the dog. Highly recommended... we will definitely come back...

Had a great stay. Quiet area, big house. Everything was present in the house. Elisabeth responded immediately to questions. We will definitely be back next year!
