Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

This place invites you to breathe freely and scream in the wind. Michaelsdorf is located on a peninsula between the Saaler and Bodstedter Bodden. If you look over the Bülten you can see the Borner Mühle and the Ahrenshooper harbor on good days. In 25 minutes you can reach Zingster beach by car.

Landhaus Marie

Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, switch off, relax and unwind. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sand beaches.

The 30 sqm newly renovated apartment has a double bed with closet and secretary, a sofa, TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with small table. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet/shower. It is perfect for a quiet holiday. The beach is about 30 minutes by car. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults or for 1 adult and 1 child. The house has a well-kept outdoor area, where the barbecue can also be turned on.
