We cannot recommend our stay at Villa Virginia highly enough, it was “perrrrfect”. Dimitra and Dionisis were excellent hosts, attentive but discreet. Very private, calm and relaxing with birdsong in the garden by the pool. The Villa has everything you will need, a very comfortable bed, lovely shower, lots of hot water. Kitchen is well equipped and there was a welcoming bonus of a starter pack of goodies. Definitely somewhere to return to. Thank You.

What an amazing villa in an amazing location. The house and the grounds were immaculate and extremely well equipped and the pool was lovely. Very quiet location with a few nice restaurants nearby as well as a small supermarket. Easy access to Argostoli and several lovely beaches. And only 10 minutes from the airport! A wonderful holiday home.

We spent a brilliant week here with our kids (11 and 13) and, although we had plans to explore more of the area, the moment we arrived, we didn’t want to leave. The house has a calm, welcoming feel that instantly puts you in holiday mode. Aside from a day trip to Syracuse, we were more than happy staying close. Pozzallo, a 5 min short drive away, has an incredible gelateria right on the beach. And just a stroll from the house is The Lampana, where we dined on many occasions. The food is fantastic, and the owner speaks perfect english. The house itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and so well thought out. USB ports by every bed. A few practical tips: there’s no house manual, so ask all questions when you arrive. Rubbish needs to be taken to a local point, and remember to save cash for the tourist tax at checkout. But honestly - book it. The view takes your breath away! The pool was a joy, worth getting it heated (30 degrees) if you plan on using it a lot.

Ivan was the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The place is amazing and Ivan made the trip even better, it’s great value for money and would recommend to anyone looking for a villa retreat with friends / family :)

We had a perfect week, in a fabulous home. The property is very well appointed and comfortable. Everything was working perfectly, and very clean. The area is beautiful, with an amazing view from the property (you see nothing but sea and coast from the front and side), and even a nice little taverna across the road. Antonis was a great agent and the owners Irene and Alex were super helpful and responsive, they even provided us with a great list of ideas for restaurants and things to do. Will definitely return!

The place is truly a gem, ideal for families. Best location (town centre is just around the corner). The view with Meteora mountains is amazing, and the hot tub was perfect. The host was very kind and gave us some local instructions.

Host recommended a delicious bakery nearby and activities to do around the place. Very accommodating to our schedule for housekeeping. It was sometimes hard to stick to itinerary when all we wanted to do was relax at the villa!

We had an amazing stay at this stunning house! The property is incredibly luxurious, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that gives it a truly exclusive feel. The pool was a highlight – perfectly maintained and offering breathtaking views over the bay of Makarska. The entire house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were extremely helpful, responsive, and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Definitely a place we recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The place was exactly as described and Theodoris was very responsive to our questions. He also arranged to have someone take our luggage to and from the place, which in Santorini that is a huge bonus!! I can’t forget the wine from his family’s vineyard he provided! The location is great as well!!

Un séjour inoubliable chez Dimitria et Pablo ! Ce sont des hôtes incroyablement gentils, accueillants et très réactifs : dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, ils étaient là. La villa est tout simplement magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos ! Très propre, parfaitement équipée, tout est pensé pour passer un excellent séjour. Le gros coup de cœur : la piscine à débordement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et en plein axe du coucher de soleil… magique ! Le jacuzzi est aussi un vrai plus, avec lui aussi une vue incroyable. Chaque pièce de la maison offre une vue splendide sur la mer, c’est vraiment exceptionnel. Et je le répète : Dimitria et Pablo sont adorables. Je recommande ce logement à 100 % !

There’s little more to say that other reviews have not already said. The place is beautiful, calm and homely with wonderful views and lots of great spaces to relax. Mariuska and her husband were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, they really care about their guests and it shows. They are also very generous hosts. The fridge and cupboards were really well stocked which makes such a huge difference when you arrive and don’t want to head out immediately. The location is great, quiet but very close to the beaches and other amenities. It’s one of the very best places to stay on Airbnb.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. Très belle place. La Villa était parfaite. L’accueil était parfait. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la disponibilité des gens, les diverses recommandations et la rapidité de réponse à nos questions. Je recommande vivement cette place!!

We loved our stay here, it was everything we could have wanted and more. Such a warm welcome with an assortment of delicious homemade food, fruit and local Raki. The villa layout was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 kids) and as everyone’s said, the view out over the sea is spectacular- I’d never tire of that view! If we ever needed anything Aris and the team were always on hand to help. The villa is so well equipped too, and even plenty of condiments, which is such a thoughtful touch. The area around Plakias is relatively quiet compared to places in the North, but that suited us well. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in Plakias and being able to have a meal together, right on the seafront is what holidays are made of. We didn’t have a bad meal out - best was probably Taverna Dionyssos, up in the hills behind the town. Highlights for me would be morning coffee on the terrace looking out at that amazing view and snorkelling in the cove just below the villa. Heaven

This home was amazing for our trip. Perfect location, amazing views, better than described! Very comfortable beds which is unique compared to other homes we’ve rented. Dimitris was super responsive and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about about this place!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It looks exactly like the pictures and the views are stunning. It was the perfect space for two adults with our two teenage daughters. We got to spread out and enjoy quiet time alone and family time together. The pool is a great asset and we loved having it after exploring the island and the wonderful beaches each day. Barbara was extremely responsive and helpful and we did all the things suggested. Definitely pay attention to the advice given in regard to the size of the car needed to get up to the villa. We rented a mid size car, but it had a slightly smaller engine, and it was working pretty hard to get up the steep inclines. We’d advise a slightly bigger engine and an automatic. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beauty then this villa and Lefkada has it all. We hope to return one day!

The villa is set back from the road up a very steep concrete driveway. We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views and the nearby village of Nerotrivia. Aryiris came especially from Athens to welcome us to the villa, (of which he is very proud, as he and his wife had it built for themselves and filled it with arty things from their travels). The three double bedrooms have hand crafted queen beds, which would suit up to 3 couples, but as our group was of one couple and 3 individuals, Αργύρης kindly added a single bed in the lounge for us. The local bakery for fresh bread (φούρνο/αρτοποιεία) in Nerotrivia (Νεροτριβιά) is first left by a café, after passing Evia mini market, then first right up a steep passageway. The local restaurant, Bakoutis (Μπακούτης), on the left further down the main road through the village, will even make traditionally cooked Greek vegetarian meals in addition to their normal meat menu, if you order them the day before. We wished we could stay all month!

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Magnifique villa isolée qui surplombe la baie de Kotor. Très moderne. Terrasse et baies vitrées incroyables. Vraiment un bel endroit et un super service de l'hote Grandes chambres avec leur salle de bain individuelle

Wir (zwei Paare) hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Villa. Die Lage ist grossartig, wenn man Privatsphäre bevorzugt. In der Nähe ist ein Familien-Ferien-Resort von dem man ab und zu die Musik hört. Wer nicht gerade um 21:00 Uhr ins Bett geht, wird davon aber nicht gestört. Die Villa hat alles, was man benötigt. Maria (die Verwalterin) und David (der Sohn der Besitzerin) waren jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Wir haben die Informationen zur Villa bereits weiter gegeben und würden auch erneut dorthin reisen.

Es war einfach nur toll! Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum, sehr viel Privatsphäre, super ausgestattet, der atemberaubende Blick aufs Meer. Die Sauberkeit tadellos. Giota und das gesamte Team stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, selten Sowas erlebt. αυτή η ομάδα είναι χρυσός Wir danken euch so sehr für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt und hoffen uns nächstes Jahr wieder zu sehen 😊
