The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è tra le più belle ed incontaminate del territorio, caratterizzata da sassi e ghiaia. Il fondale è quasi interamente di sabbia finissima (ma potrebbe cambiare a seconda delle mareggiate) . In poche parole la vera casa sul mare!!! L'alloggio dispone di AC e smartTV con abbonamento Netflix in ogni stanza.
