Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Balkans

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has literally everything you need. The view from the balcony is stunning and the silence around the house really let us unwind. The city, the beach, a supermarket, everything is really close, if you have a car. Also Massimo and Despina are the nicest people. I would recommend this Airbnb to everyone!

Katerina is the best! Absolutely was the best weekend getaway for my friends and I while we are studying abroad In Athens. We had the most enriching weekend and Katerina was the most accommodating host. She was very flexible with hosting us in that our ferry didn’t arrive until 1am. She welcomed us with open arms into her places and island.

Das zauberhafte Haus ist ein echtes Juwel. Direkt an der Küste gelegen schläft man ein & wacht auf mit dem Klang der Brandung. Direkt vor den Schlafzimmern beginnt das Meer & lädt ein zum morgendlichen Spaziergang oder Bad. Perfekte Abgeschiedenheit in einem Hain von Zitronen- & Olivenbäumen abseits der Straße & der Nachbarn. Geschmackvoll minimalistisch eingerichtet, kein überflüssiger Krams, liebevoller Empfang durch Eleonora. Es sind die kleinen aufmerksamen Gesten, die den Aufenthalt so angenehm machen wie die Schale mit den köstlichen Zitronen, Clementinen, Ouzo & kleinen Süßigkeiten oder die großzügig bemessenen Vorräte an Nespressokapseln. Die vollständig eingerichtete Küche bietet wirklich alles zum Kochen, wenn man nicht eines der wunderbaren Restaurants besucht. Die zwei Liegen am Haus verführen dazu, dort den ganzen Tag lesend mit einem Glas Wein oder einem köstlichen Espresso mit Blick aufs Meer zu genießen. Wir vermissen diesen wunderbaren Ort jetzt schon.

Das Domizil liegt ganz oben auf dem Hügel und man hat einen tollen Blick auf Sitia und den Strand. Die Anfahrt ist spannend, da sehr steil, aber macht Spaß. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Danke für die neue Kommunikation.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour avec ma maman. Nous avons même vue le volcan en activité depuis le jardin et nous pouvions avoir des oranges et citron du jardin. Idéal pour venir en famille

We stayed at Barbara's place for almost 2 weeks at the end of September until the first week of October. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very cozy and nicely decorated, we felt very welcome. The garden and outdoor space is also great and kept clean. Barbara always responded very quickly to all of our questions. Will definitely come back.

Mirno, ugodno, osjećaj kao kod kuće. Domaćin na raspolaganju, sve što je potrebno se nalazilo u kući. Užitak je bio boraviti na navedenoj lokaciji. Hvala. Pozdrav.

Serena was a great host, she was very flexible with checking in and out as our flight was late in the evening, we enjoyed our stay! The flat itself is very spacious, terrace was amazing and kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for cooking (extra point for having basic ingredients like salt, pepper, oil and other spices already there). Thank you so much :- )

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! :) Ana is the best host i have ever dealt with on Airbnb, responds quickly, helped with queries, recommendations & directions. Amazing Host! The apartment was perfect ! Nothing to complain about. The drive was a bit narrow (cant be helped though!) so wouldn't be good for a large, wide car. But that would not put me off staying here again at all ! The location was quiet & peaceful. We enjoyed an evening on the terrace/balcony playing cards, watching the sun go down & hearing to church bells. Short walk to supermarkets, tram stop (5 mins walk) & a few restaurants. (Really recommend Pomalooo Bar & Brunch, we ate outside there 1 day & then had a delivery from them using Wolt delivery service one evening - delicious! Beds were firm and SO comfy! Whole apartment was clean. Bathroom was perfect, shower was great. Kitchen had everything we needed, loved the mini dishwasher! So handy. Netflix was a bonus. Decorated so nice & loved the extras- like slippers - LOVED IT!

Výborná poloha. Blízko Arény, ale aj centra mesta. Pešo cca 3 min. V blízkosti obchod a taktiež niekoľko kaviarní s nižšími cenami ako v centre. Aj napriek tomu že je to tak blízko Arény je to tiché miesto. Veľmi blízko taktiež rôzne nákupné centrá a Mc Donald - Kaufland, Lidl, Reserved atď. Autom cca do 3 minút, pešo tak 20 min. Veľkým plusom je parkovanie rovno pred vchodom do bytovky, nie na ulici kde okolo jazdia autá a chodia ľudia. Pre vykladanie a nakladanie batožiny z auta ozaj pohodlné. My sme auto plné batožiny vyložili za max 5 min. Vybavenie bytu výborné. Všetko čo potrebujete máte ako vo vlastnom dome. Veľkým plusom sú elektrické radiátory, čo nie je v chorvátskych apartmánoch pravidlom. Najmä ak cestujete mimo letnej sezóny. Komunikácia s majiteľom vynikajúca a rýchla. Ubytovanie odporúčam na základe dobrej skúsenosti. :-))

Milena çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Sorunlara hemen çözüm buluyor. Çok güzel bir 4 gün geçirdim. Evin konumu merkeze biraz uzaktı. Fakat ünlü restoranlara yakındı.

Adi continues to keep up the high standard of service and gorgeous properties, with lots of amenities, we encountered last summer. We stayed at both his properties again over this Easter break, and had a perfectly lovely wonderful. He will hopefully remain our host during future Tirana trips. Thank you, Adi!!!

Everything was great - beautiful view off the balcony and lots of extras around to borrow, if needed, including an umbrella! I will definitely stay there again if I return to Tirana.

Federica è stata una persona molto ospitale, ci ha accolto di persona illustrandoci la sua zona, con indicazioni precise su esperienze da noi già prenotate. La casa è in ottima posizione facilmente raggiungibile.

Cinzia and her brother went above and beyond for us and made our trip go very smoothly. The place was spotless and had a stunning venue. It was just a few steps from the bus stop which made getting into Positano seamless. I would stay again. We are ever grateful for their hospitality.

Logement très agréable et confortable, celui ci correspond bien aux photos. Tous le nécessaire sur place logement très fonctionnel 25m de l’aéroport et 15m du centre en voiture. Seule bémol le stationnement un peu compliqué dans les alentours avec la voiture, il ne faut pas avoir peur de créer des places 😀. Je recommande fortement le logement.

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Marianna's place felt like home. Me and my family were looking through reviews, and after our stay we can guarantee it is way better in person. Marianna was always available, great communication. Staying at Marianna's felt like being home. There is a parking garage in the building. We got a card, which allowed us to go in and out of the garage when we wanted. In walking distance, right across the main street, there are tons of restaurants with great food. 100% recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

The host and the apartment were excellent! The host went above and beyond, made sure we were looked after with excellent communication. Highly recommend this place. Very clean and tidy.

Great apartment near the center of Constanta, has all the amenities you need and a balcony. Only thing would be a couch or somewhere to lounge is missing

Great looking place. The building is under some renovation and location is on the 4th floor with no elevator. But all in all we were satisfied

I strongly recommend this place as it has everything you need, is quiet, is near all the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, and Jelena is very helpful should you need anything. I cannot recommend this place enough.
