Located in the village, 400m from our organic farm with olive trees, herbs and 2km from our vegetables farm. The quests can participate at the actrivities and works also use the terrage , mini pool in summer and bicycles in the farm. Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Cozy converted barn with fireplace; nature retreat

Newly restored and converted barn, a magical space with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The barn is ideal for 2-3 people, but can accomodate a maximum of 5, with a double, a single and a sofa bed (access to sleeping space requires climbing stairs or a ladder). 20 metres from the barn, there is wood and a fireplace for an evening chat and stargazing by the fire. An outdoor shower with solar heated water is also available. The kitchen is functional and has amazing views!

Barn Cottage

Barn cottage is situated up on the hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the village of Bran, but close enough to walk there in 20 minutes. Barn Cottage is suitable for two adults. We are not equipped or have the possibility to offer accommodation to families with children and do not accept guests with pets. We have a non smoking rule inside the cottage. If you do smoke outdoors on the patio please make sure you tidy up after yourself.
