In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

Apartment #5 is our cozy little "retreat". It is ideal for the romantic holiday for two. On request, the couch in the living room can also be pulled out for one to two small children. The sloping ceilings and windows give the charming apartment a particularly homely character and from the south-facing balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Sports Box Free parking is available right in front of the house. Trail in front of the door, ski lifts about 10 min.
