My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. Our small apartment (35m2) is located at the farm "Amosergut". It is perfect for 2 people who like to be active and spend time in nature. Various hiking trails and bike rides lead directly from the apartment to the nearby mountains and alpine huts. Our swimming pond in the garden opposite can also be used without a carnival. However, dogs are not desired in the swimming pond and on the sunbathing lawn.
