Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

The Waldwinkl vacation home is idyllically located in Flachauwinkl on the edge of the forest and invites you to an unforgettable stay. The house is located on the north shore of Lake Zell and is two stories high. On the first floor is a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining area and access to the covered terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom and a toilet. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a toilet. The lake is a 5-minute walk. The center of Zell am See is 1.5 km away. Breakfast service is available on request!

Chalet Charlotte - our 2021 newly built vacation home (semi-detached house) in alpine style - has been furnished in a modern and very cozy style with great attention to detail. It offers plenty of space for warmth. Enjoyment with friends. Family. Pure nature. Mountain worlds. The chalet with its own sauna is located on the edge of Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a small, idyllic village between Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

We have lovingly renovated our cozy vacation home. It offers family-friendly amenities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. There is now also a covered Finnish outdoor sauna and a massage chair. You have the house inside and out for your own use. The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80 m² there is space for max. 6 people + baby crib. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Enjoy the 200 m² Königssee country house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private sauna, a large living room with an electric tiled stove and a fully equipped kitchen. Located in unspoiled nature, right on the edge of the forest or Fischbach. The spacious accommodation of approx. 120 m² is located on one level with a separate house entrance. On the 4000 m² private property there is also a small barn with dwarf goats, a well, a Troad box and the landlord's house.
