The hiking and cycling trails start at the front door. The ski areas of Zell am See, the glacier of Kaprun (Oct. to May) Saalbach and Kitzbühel are within easy reach. Piesendorf itself also has a small ski resort. Ideal for sledding and for children. The golf courses of Zell am See, Mittersill and Saalfelden are also a short distance away.

A beautiful alpine hut with a wooden hot pot in the outdoor area, a fireplace in the living area and a Finnish sauna in the basement is looking forward to your rental. The hut, with a view of the mountains, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. The wooden materials in the interior give the living comfort a warm character. The electrical installations in the entire house are supplied via a solar voltaic system with power converter. Running drinking water comes from its own private source.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Sink, fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, wood stove, 2 bedrooms with double bunk bed, shower, toilet, bath tub, barbecue hut.
