Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ayvalık

We came to spend the weekend away from the city in a quiet place and it was as we expected. The house is in a very good location, close to everything, there is an area full of olive trees behind the sea in the front. The items inside the house were very well thought out and had everything you might need, exactly the same as in the pictures. Ms. Belgin was very caring and the local market recommendations were very useful to us:) Thank you very much.

Two of my daughters and I enjoyed a week at Sophia's house. We appreciated the hospitality and easy communication. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ms. Sinem was very caring, our stay offered us the best facilities during our holiday. The house was spotless and just like in the photos. The location was very nice, we reached everywhere on foot, Ms. Sinem informed us very well about getting to the house from the easiest way. It was a very pleasant house, we would like to choose it again as soon as possible😇

Since it was very close to the main street for transportation, it was easy for us to reach. We went as 2 vehicles, we did not have any problems with parking, just the area where we could park was a little narrow, but it was safe. The house looks wider than it looks in the photos. The bedrooms upstairs are separate and nice but the bedroom downstairs has a little bit of privacy, we had to say that we were coming down the stairs. Having 3 air conditioners in the house is a very nice detail in these hot weather. Since the water in one of the bathrooms was slow, we only used one and the other as a toilet. The large front garden offers seating, conversation, and a good time. Our host and his mother were very caring, we didn't have any questions left, and our questions were usually answered very quickly. We found it quite adequate and beautiful in terms of Price/Performance. We plan to go back next year.

We would like to thank Mr. Ali for his interest. It was a really enjoyable experience and we felt like we were in our own home. Sitting on the terrace was our favorite evening activity. Airbnb was also our first experience and we had the best one can have. The places Mr. Ali recommended were definitely very good, the location of the house was very nice, it was within walking distance of everywhere, we were definitely very satisfied, I hope we will come back to the moon🙏🏻🩷

We will not forget the 5 days we spent in this house, which has all kinds of comfort in the peaceful quiet neighborhood, with extremely gulerious, hospitable and helpful neighbors. I hope you can meet again. We would like to thank our host, Ms. Gülay. It was our first time in Ayvalık, but it will definitely not be the last.

We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come to Ayvalık. Thank you for everything, Mr. Alper!

Ezgi was always friendly from the first to the last moment, our life became easier due to the fact that the house was close to the harbor. The house was extremely well equipped, we were left to sleep comfortably in our beds. I would like to thank Mr. Seyit Mehmet and Ms. Ayşe for everything. I received a very quick response from the beginning of the reservation. We were very satisfied with the family from the house. It met all our needs. We had a very pleasant time with my daughter and a small breed dog. The house is very nice, within walking distance to the sea, the sea is very nice. There is a very nice neighborhood. There is a bazaar market near the house. During our stay, Ms. Ayşe was in constant contact. We were able to meet immediately when we had a question. We are planning to come back because we are very satisfied. I will recommend it in the vicinity.

Thanks to the central location of the house, we were able to reach everywhere smoothly and quickly. This made it very easy for us. The cleanliness of the house was also extremely good. It was a comfortable and nice house in every way.

It was very close to restaurants, the beach and places to visit in terms of location. The house was clean. Mr. Korhan was interested. She was always quick to respond. Would recommend.

Highly recommend in a central location, very close to the beach. Mr. Serkan responded to our questions very quickly. If it happens again, we would definitely prefer it again.

It was a nice neighborhood in terms of location. It is also located in the city, away from the crowds of the city. 5 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to the bazaar and bus station, 2 min walk to the nearest grocery store. The minibus stop passes through the lower street of the house and the passage to nearby neighborhoods is easily provided. The house was clean and tidy. Gürbüz and his Family were very caring. We thank them.

The amenities were very good, even a new washing machine was available. The place was very clean and the communication very friendly. I loved that there was someone in the house who you could address daily if you needed anything. And the possibility to communicate via whats app, which made it much easier for me. Host helped you with requests at all times. I highly recommend the place.

The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Thanks to Gurbuz and Aydin bey for smooth and nice stay. Everything was the same as described. Very clean and cosy. We didn't use the kitchen, however there could be more cuttlery and cups (not glasses) :) Balcony is very spacious, we spent there every evening watching neighbourhood cats, who wanted to enter the house very much:))) It was very nice stay overall, thank you once again!
