Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ayvalık

The house was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed. When we had a request, it was responded to quickly and provided immediately. It met our kitchen and bathroom needs and was sufficient. 4 people stayed very comfortably. The location of the house is very nice, on a very busy street and the people are friendly and sincere. There are all kinds of shopping stores around the house. At the same time, the restaurants/cafes were very delicious. Our only problem with the location of the house was that there was a little noise in the morning, but this was of course due to the busy street. It was a beautiful trip all around. We would like to thank the host again.

Do not try to enter the front of the house by believing in map applications:) The easiest parking method is migros or miran parking. The house is quite spacious. Both rooms are suitable for couples. The rooms have their own bathrooms. It was a very pleasant stay on our behalf. If I try to explain Mr. Mete's hospitality, it would be unfair to him. Make 1 stay, get 1 friend. Thank you so much. When she found out that we were going to stay with our 1.5-year-old child, she even shared the items she had for her own child. I've never met such a beautiful host in my life.

Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronic appliances in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is very stylish, it is a very pleasant Greek house to stay in ❤️ I think it's the best location in Ayvalık, with cobblestone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It is also very precious for me that he accepted my little dog. I stay in Ayvalık every year, and I've stayed in this kind of house before, but this is by far my favorite place. See you next summer. 🤗❤️

Are you captivated by atmospheric streets with plenty of coffee and tea houses and all kinds of restaurants in your immediate vicinity? Moreover, the sea is a 5-minute walk away and within 15 minutes by minibus to a good swimming beach? Then this is the perfect home. We will definitely come back there.

Ms. Belgin and her husband were very nice and helpful. There was a water outage while we were there and they were more concerned about us and mobilized to help. Ms. Belgin gave us information about the points we might need such as grocery patisserie before she left. The house is very close to the sea and within 10 minutes walking distance to the center. The house had everything you could need and was adequate, clean and tidy. We were satisfied, thank you again:)

As soon as you enter the house, a noticeable smell of cleanliness greets you. The house is clean, tidy and everything you may need is available. Before the holiday, I asked Ms. Aynur about the density of the houseflies, as my daughter is allergic, I told her that it was an important issue for us, and when we entered the house, we saw that she had put a fly repellent. Although it was a really thin mosquito net, Ms. Aynur took extra care. Mrs. Aynur and her husband are very friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable and clean holiday. We had already chosen it by reading the very good reviews, and we were not wrong. We recommend it to everyone 🙏

We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come to Ayvalık. Thank you for everything, Mr. Alper!

we had a very pleasant three days in the tenedos house, everything we needed was available in the house, thank you very much Mr. Fuat and Ms. Meltem for their hospitality. In addition, the location and view of the house are perfect.

Ezgi was always friendly from the first to the last moment, our life became easier due to the fact that the house was close to the harbor. It was very close to restaurants, the beach and places to visit in terms of location. The house was clean. Mr. Korhan was interested. She was always quick to respond. Would recommend.

We would like to thank Mr. Ilyas again here, he was a very caring and understanding host. Since we had a baby, the park provided a bed, and even meticulously installed it himself. As the saint of the first day, we had a problem with the refrigerator, it was not cooling enough, and when we told Mr. Ilyas, he immediately replaced it with another refrigerator. He also sent a msg during the holiday period and asked if we needed anything, he took care of it. We had something like this before, before we left, the municipality started a study on the road past the house and we had to take another alternative route to the house, Mr. Ilyas informed us about this and the transportation to the sea was a little longer, if you want to cancel, the full refund period has passed, but I will approve, when we asked how long it was, he said about 1 km and I was very surprised😃 that he could even inform us of such a change and made it easy. It was very kind of you. When you turn towards the house from the main road, the road is a little rough, they will just go, be careful:)

Highly recommend in a central location, very close to the beach. Mr. Serkan responded to our questions very quickly. If it happens again, we would definitely prefer it again.

Thanks to Gurbuz and Aydin bey for smooth and nice stay. Everything was the same as described. Very clean and cosy. We didn't use the kitchen, however there could be more cuttlery and cups (not glasses) :) Balcony is very spacious, we spent there every evening watching neighbourhood cats, who wanted to enter the house very much:))) It was very nice stay overall, thank you once again!

The amenities were very good, even a new washing machine was available. The place was very clean and the communication very friendly. I loved that there was someone in the house who you could address daily if you needed anything. And the possibility to communicate via whats app, which made it much easier for me. Host helped you with requests at all times. I highly recommend the place.

The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed. I would recommend it without hesitation.

The interior was really clean, we were very satisfied, I just think that basic products such as salt and sugar should be available inside. Thank you very much for the host's attention.

The house was very useful and clean, the kitchenware was sufficient and useful. The host Mr. Mehmet was very caring and friendly, and he intervened quickly when something was missing. It is 2 minutes by car from the beach. We left happy and joyful, I thank Mr. Mehmet.

The location of the house is spectacular, with a view of Altinoluk square, located in the bazaar. You can swim in the sea on the right side of the harbour, the water is immaculately clean, the distance to the house is about 2 minutes away on foot. There are all the items you may need inside the house. Mr. Mesut was also quick to respond when we needed something. We were very satisfied, thank you. We will be back.
