Our stone house in the center of Ayvalık consists of two separate sections and has all the features of Greek architecture. Our house, which can easily accommodate two separate families or large groups, has been prepared to provide our guests with the comfort of a holiday. There are two separate kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors where you can set up pleasant tables with your loved ones. The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

The sense of peace provided by the calmness and ambiance will remain an unforgettable experience for you from your vacation. I decorated the house myself, thinking about every detail, and I was always inspired by Ayvalık. My house, which makes you feel the atmosphere of the highlands, is in Ayvalık - Tıfıllar village. Although it is in the village, it is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı.

A bohemian two-storey house in the alley parallel to At Arabacılar Square, very quiet, 100 m from Palabahçe, within walking distance to the bakery, butcher and all organic products in the bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. 10 minutes to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.

Our single-story house, which is 100 m from the sea, 400 m from the Sea Customs and at the beginning of the bazaar, has 1 double bedroom where 2 people can easily stay, a sofa bed in the kitchen where 1 adult or child can sleep, a bathroom-toilet, your own garden, a fireplace, air conditioning, tea, coffee and toaster, and a mini fridge in the kitchen. You can have a barbecue, read a book and enjoy yourself in the garden.

Our house on Alibey (Cunda) Island has been designed in keeping with the island’s architectural style. The villa-style property staying features a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the upper floor, each has own bathroom. The beds can be arranged as single or double. Hot water is provided by a water heater. Air conditioning and a television are available. There is a car park near the house. A charge applies outside the season and for stays of three days or more.

Pelitkoy beach is in the aquarium bay. In addition to being in touch with the sea and nature, there is a market, a public beach and a paid beach cafe.On the ground floor of our villa, there is a very large veranda private pool and garden area, and there is a living room, kitchen and WC area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, WC & bathroom area and balcony area. It has a very large terrace area where you can watch the sunset. We provide airport and bus station transfers for a fee
