We had a very nice holiday. The location of the house was beautiful. The house was spotless. If I go to Ayvaliğ again, I would prefer this house again.

We will not forget the 5 days we spent in this house, which has all kinds of comfort in the peaceful quiet neighborhood, with extremely gulerious, hospitable and helpful neighbors. The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

It was a perfect Airbnb experience. Everything is thoughtfully thought out. Ms. Irem showed her hospitality from the first to the end with her tremendously good communication. Not a single negative sentence can be made for the house. We had a full 4 days thanks to the perfect location where you can reach everywhere on foot in the center of Ayvalık. If you are between two or three houses, I would say choose this place directly with peace of mind.

We settled in our home easily after the very quick and prompt confirmation process. The summer house had the usual first day cold in every area and in the house. However, thanks to the air conditioning in each room, we did not have a problem from the 2nd day. Thank you for staying in a tidy, spacious and tidy house.

We had a peaceful holiday experience surrounded by nature. The garden was both comfortable and quite clean. First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

First of all, thank you very much for the attention of Ms. Bilge. She took care of the house from check-in to checkout by phone and writing. The house is very close to the center of Ayvalik by car. Mr. Ishak also gave a very kind welcome. The house was good at cleaning. We stayed 5 people very comfortably. If I'm on my way again, I'll just go to this house without looking for another place.

Mr. Onur was very interested, he welcomed us very well, he told us all the amenities of the house and the must-see places of the area. Especially NONA on the island of Cunda has become our indispensable menu. The items of the house were new, and it was exactly the same house as the visual. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen utensils you could need. The house fully met our need for our family of 5. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the water engine upstairs works very loudly. The terrace was quite pleasant. The house is located on a quiet street, although the building does not have a parking lot, we did not have any problems finding a parking spot. The house is old but big and the cleanest! The 3 bedrooms (with big beds) are upstairs so the is a separate floor downstairs not to disturb those who want to sleep. The house had all the necessary things we needed. The location was perfect to walk easily and Ulkay helped us with parking too. Ulkay answered to all our questions directly in a minute.

We had a lovely weekend. I felt like I was at home and the garden is really peaceful, full of aesthetic details. We would love to come back🌼🥰
