We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. Very centrally located and everything you could need is within walking distance. Markets, museums, the beach, restaurants and cafes, attractions, workshops, everything is right next to you. The house itself is a restored old Greek house, in a history-filled area and has good facilities. Everything is as it appears in the photos. There are plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The pressure of the shower head may be low for some people, but it wasn't a problem for us. The seats and beds are comfortable, the inside is clean and airy. There's a vacuum you can use as well. The host, Ms. Yeliz, is very hospitable and does her best for your comfort. She was willing and fully helpful with everything we asked and wanted, from finding us a new pot instantly to local business recommendations when we told her that the stalk of the pot in the house had come out. When we got off the dolmus for check-in, he didn't neglect to greet. If we come to Ayvalık again, we will definitely choose this place.

We had a very nice 3 days as a family at Mr. Ünal's house. The street where the house is located was quiet and peaceful. It was 7-8 minutes on foot to Akçay Kordon. The entrance to the house starts from the 2nd floor from the side stairs. The entrance also has a large balcony. If you are going to have breakfast, it will be easier to serve here as the kitchen is right at the entrance. But we preferred to do all the cooking on the upper floor balcony, which is very spacious and has a view of the Kaz Mountains. There is also a barbecue on the upper floor balcony. If we enter the house, it is a house with 4 rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds and 5 single beds, which is extremely suitable for large families to stay comfortably. There was almost all the equipment in the kitchen. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a ceiling fan in all rooms except the upstairs living room and it worked very efficiently. We had a very detailed communication with Ms. Özlem from the beginning and she was also very helpful during the stay. He left us a spotless house and took care of it all the time. We didn't lack anything. Everything was as described. It was a home where we were very comfortable with the child. The only negative thing I can say is the sound of the car in front of the house is a very active road. Other than that, we had no problems, it was very enjoyable.
