Holiday rentals with a patio in Ayvalık

Thank you for providing a very sufficient accommodation experience in the interior with a large garden balcony within the texture of the island, right next to the Rahmi Koç museum, within walking distance to everywhere.

Mr. Gökhan and his wife welcomed us very well. The house, the location was as described and shown in the photos. We had a very nice 3 days as we wanted. Thank you very much

Location is very great , Place is clean

First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Thank you for this pleasant holiday:) If a yellow cat accompanies you in your garden, we called it a coward:)

Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

We were 3 people, but it was a very sufficient house for 4 people. The house smelled nice and was clean, we had a pleasant time on the small terrace, Ms. Zeynep was very helpful, if we come again, we will stay here again 🎉

The host was very helpful and friendly about the house and the places to go, and the venue suggestions. The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It is also close to most beautiful cafes and restaurants. If we come back to Ayvalık, we would like to stay here again.

Ms. Sinem was very caring, our stay offered us the best facilities during our holiday. The house was spotless and just like in the photos. The location was very nice, we reached everywhere on foot, Ms. Sinem informed us very well about getting to the house from the easiest way. It was a very pleasant house, we would like to choose it again as soon as possible😇

First of all, Ms. Keziban is a very nice person and her house is very nice . The fireplace is waiting for you in the house, the boards are prepared below. Every window of the house overlooks a view, the people who live there are warm and helpful. She helped us get into the house even though we rented it late on the road. When we entered the house, we felt like our own kitchen, everything was available . The beds were very comfortable . I recommend it to find peace and breathe the clean air. Ms. Ahu was both very helpful and ready to communicate at any time. Even though we went right away, she did not make us suffer, she was very flexible with our check-ins and check-outs. The house was very clean and among the old streets of Ayvalig. We had a good time in the garden.

The location of the house was great. The house was also quite good. It was also very nice to have its own beach. It can be one of the best spots in the North Aegean for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Everything was as described during the reservation, we didn't have a bad surprise. We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax.
