A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

Great place to stay if you plan to visit Ayvalik. The house is a wonderful place filled with lovely people and animals. The view is amazing and the sea just nearby. In addition, there’s a busstop next to the apartment which will bring you directly to the city. The apartment gives you decent place to cook or just enjoy the night. You will find everything needed. On top of that, the hosts are extremely lovely people, so you will feel like home from the very start. The place is a total recommendation!

Thank you Mr. Mert and his family, they helped us a lot with everything, we went as 6 girls and we did not have any problems with safety, the number of rooms in the house, and the equipment is a house that has been thought out to everything you may need. We went earlier than our check in time and they helped us with an early check in. Communication was smooth. We received quick responses to every question we had. We were able to drive to the front of the house and moved our belongings easily. Since we were traveling with our cats and dogs, they were also very sweet :) If you are coming with your cat, the courtyard is very safe. We ordered from the shock grocery app for home shopping, they bring it home, which was quite comfortable. The location of the house is already amazing, you can walk everywhere. I can't wait to experience other houses as well. We will be back :) thank you for everything.

From the first communication we had, everything was accurate, clear and friendly to the moment we left the last house and clicked the car horn and left. We would like to thank Mr. Tufan and Ms. Yeliz for their friendly face and sincerity. We had a 4 night stay where we felt like we were staying in our own home with our wife and one and a half year old. You can choose with peace of mind.
