Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ayvalık

Clean and nice apartment at the very center of Ayvalık, very close to the public transportation and sea side. All the kitchen equipment was available at the house (even the things you may not expect to find) and Gizem was very helpful and available when we needed her during out stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

We had a very nice holiday for 6 people +1 baby for 5 nights. As it appears in the photos of the house, all the needs that may be are very thought out, there is air conditioning and a bathroom on each floor/room, the general cleaning of the house is very good, we used the linens and towels with peace of mind, we did not have any problems. The fact that the house has its own beach and the possibility of sun loungers was a great advantage, since we stayed in September, the beach was very calm and pleasant. We even used the bikes in the photos:) Mr. Harun gave detailed information about the house and places to go on the first day, and he was very helpful with everything until the last day, thank you very much to him and his family. Hope to stay again as a family.

We had a very satisfied stay. Mr. Yigit was very caring. Their advice on the beaches to go was also quite good. Only the beds in the rooms were a bit hard. But that can be ignored for a 3 4 day holiday. Everything else was very nice. The house was very central. On our last day, there was a small water problem throughout the island, Mr. Yigit even provided us with water:) So it is a house that should really be preferred in terms of service.

Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!

First of all, I would like to start by thanking Mr. Erdi for his good communication. We easily communicated during both check-in and checkout. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen utensils you could need. The house fully met our need for our family of 5. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the water engine upstairs works very loudly. The terrace was quite pleasant. The house is located on a quiet street, although the building does not have a parking lot, we did not have any problems finding a parking spot. If your expectation is a calm stay, you can choose with peace of mind. Thank you to Mr. Erdi for his hospitality.

We had stayed in the winter before and loved the house. We were able to enjoy the garden a lot more on our current stay. We were very comfortable with our dog. It was a great vacation!

Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. From the first communication we had, everything was accurate, clear and friendly to the moment we left the last house and clicked the car horn and left. We would like to thank Mr. Tufan and Ms. Yeliz for their friendly face and sincerity. We had a 4 night stay where we felt like we were staying in our own home with our wife and one and a half year old. You can choose with peace of mind.
