La Dimora di Gilda is a modern annex consisting of a small living room with a fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchenette, a bedroom (also double) and a private bathroom. The Dimora is located in the garden of an ancient stone farmhouse (1700s), surrounded by the Umbrian countryside with olive trees and fruit plants just 2.5 km from the center of Spoleto (5 minutes by car). If you don't have your own vehicle, a shuttle service is available.

Casa Mifragi is located in the heart of the historic centre of Montefranco, a small village in the province of Terni, just 7 km from the Marmore Falls. It is a small but comfortable house. Looking out of the kitchen window at such a view is truly spectacular. The apartment is located in Via del Palazzo 18, 20 metres from the entrance of the Hotel Roccaranne. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
