The villa is located in the middle of the green of Valnerina, among hills of olive groves and woods of Mediterranean scrub. The Marmore Waterfall is 2.4 from the property. The property features a lovely heated swimming pool, open from April to October (5 m × 10 m, depth 1.5 m), set within a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of the green Umbria region. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with an electric car charging station.
