Det är 5 minuter gångavstånd till tågstationen Östervärn och endast 40 meter ifrån busshållplats till Malmö central. Boendet har egen ingång vilket ger er möjlighet att komma och gå som ni önskar. Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides approximately 50 L, which is equivalent to about a 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom there is a bed of 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

Här välkomnas ni till ett nyrenoverat hus med stora sällskapsutrymmen, fullt utrustat kök och mysig uteplats med grillmöjligheter samt parkering På ovanvåningen finns 2 sovrum samt ett allrum med totalt 10 sängar. 1 badrum samt 1 extra gästtoalett. Vi hyr ut för både dagar och veckor. Vid längre perioder kan priset diskuteras, alltid med flexibilitet.

TV corner with sofa and armchair and behind this another 2 beds (single beds that can be double bed). In front of the panoramic window with fantastic views, there are armchairs and tables for relaxing and socializing.

Lomma beach eller bad från bryggor, all service och välrenomerade matställen som Slaktaren och Lomma glassfabrik på gångaavstånd. Vill man besöka Köpenhamn och Tivoli så är det bara en tågresa bort. Ladda bilen med solenergi.

Observera att det finns tvål och toalettpapper i huset, men ni behöver ta med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Alternativt kan ni hyra sängkläder och handduk från mig för 80 kr per person.
