The Lindholm Garden House

The main house was built in 1935 in the funkis style, a modernistic architecture and interior decoration style and still has a lot of its original charm. The garden house is situated in a shared garden with us but we live in a separate house. The area Arlöv/Burlöv is quiet and peaceful, but still very close to both Malmö and Lund. You can take both bus and train to Malmö and Lund in less than 10 minutes or a direct train to Copenhagen in less than 30 min.

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

It’s hosted by a super nice man in a peaceful village. Very accessible with a vehicle. Shared areas are not as clean as I usually keep. There was a spider at my bedside in the morning. Brings me back to countryside memories.

I stayed with Anders for a month while working in Lund. Right at the beginning of my stay he kindly offered to pick me up from the train station and warmly welcomed me into his home. Anders offered me advice on the public transports, highlights in the area and was always more than willing to help, which made my first weeks in Sweden very easy and nice. The apartment is clean, there is a lot of useful kitchen equipment and the private rooms are very spacious. I always enjoyed having a chat with Anders or spending some time with the cats.

Clau's place was absolutely wonderful! The house is spotless and very well maintained. My room was tidy and welcoming, with crisp, fresh bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom and toilet were exceptionally clean. Clau provided clear instructions, making everything easy and stress-free. He is a very friendly and attentive host. I stayed here while passing through and I would love to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and peace and quiet.

Mark‘s cozy house is situated in a very quite neighbourhood, and around 20-25 minutes from the central station. He is a very welcoming host who responds very quickly to any questions. Fully equipped kitchen available to use. Extremely comfortable mattress and memory- foam pillow identical to my own. Felt very welcomed and at home by Mark and his lovely dog. Recommended.
